カニエ・ウェストの3rdアルバム『Graduation』に収録された本作は、ドイツのクラウトロックバンドCanの「Sing Swan Song」を大胆にサンプリングした、ワルツ調の異色作である。客演にモス・デフを迎え、クラブで泥酔した魅力的な女性たち（Drunk and hot girls）に翻弄される男の滑稽でリアルな一夜を描いている。アルバムの中でも最もスローで不穏な空気を放ち、ファンの間でも賛否が分かれる楽曲だが、酒に酔った勢いでの後悔や、予期せぬ妊娠（あるいは結婚）というストリートの生々しい現実をシニカルに切り取ったストーリーテリングは見事だ。
